All members must take responsibility for ensuring they are up to date with the rules, understand and adhere to them.

Any member of the club who is absent in a meeting or club engagement for the first time without permission from the appropriate quarter shall be penalized with a fine of 3,000 NGN (Three Thousand naira). However, if such member take permission before the meeting day, a fine of 2,000 NGN shall be paid. If the same offense occurred within the next meeting such member shall be fined the sum of 5,000 NGN (Five Thousand naira). However, if it occurred the third time within ninety days such member shall be suspended for a period which would be determined by the office of the president. If the offender is an office holder, such member shall be relieved of his office without contest.
Same penalty applies to whoever comes late to the meeting without prior expression of intent to be late notice which must be documented and forwarded to the President or any member of the Senate. There shall be a 1,000 NGN (One Thousand naira) late fees penalty if more than 10min late before the meeting commences. The second occurrence shall pay 3,000 NGN (Three Thousand naira) if it happened within the next meeting period and 5,000 NGN (Five Thousand naira) if it happened the third time within ninety days.

Disorderly Conduct such as the use of abusive language, disruption, irresponsible use of language against a fellow member, drunkenness, and lots more shall be subjective to the senate for necessary disciplinary measures to be imposed on the offender, not limited to fine, suspension or both depending on the frequency and gravity of the offense.

Donation of the sum of 500,000 NGN (Five Hundred Thousand naira) shall be contributed to any member who has an event such as a wedding and burial, any emergency related to health issues.

All new members shall pay the sum of 20,000 NGN (Twenty Thousand naira) for application fees.

Conclusively, all intending club members shall be screened by the Senate before final approval.
